Brindola is a POS with Glovo built in: orders arrive on the terminal and the kitchen screen, are accepted with a ready time in one tap, and land in the day's close. Prices, sold-out items, stock, opening hours and closing the store are set on Glovo from the same terminal, for restaurants and for Glovo shops alike.
Feature by feature, for a restaurant listing and for a Glovo shop. The same list stands beside every other platform on the delivery page, in the same words.

A Glovo order, start to finish
No tablet on the counter and nothing typed twice. The order Glovo sends is the order the kitchen cooks and the order the close counts.
The order arrives
Glovo sends the order to our order bridge, which drops it into the inbox on the terminal and onto the kitchen screen with Glovo's order code, the items and the customer's note.
Accept with a ready time
One tap accepts the order and tells Glovo when it will be ready, as Glovo requires with every accept. A pre-order is accepted for the time the guest asked for.
Cook, mark ready, send it off
The kitchen works the ticket like any other, and bumping it tells Glovo the order is ready for its courier. When your own driver takes it, the card shows where it is going, and sending it off tells Glovo it is on its way.
It is in the close
The order is booked to Glovo as its own channel and tender, so the day's report shows Glovo revenue beside the room and the takeaway, by brand, without a spreadsheet.
What is particular to Glovo
Pre-orders held until it is time
A scheduled Glovo order is accepted for the time the guest chose and waits in a Scheduled lane on the kitchen screen until its prep time comes round, so it is neither cooked early nor forgotten.
Your Glovo menu, matched to your catalog
Brindola reads the products and categories you have on Glovo and matches them to your catalog by barcode and then by SKU, so orders arrive against your own products and the terminal can change them.
Sold out, repriced or counted, from the terminal
Hide a product on Glovo, show it again, change its price or send its stock count from the terminal, and Glovo takes the change straight away.
The store opened and closed for real
Close your Glovo store for the rest of the day or until a time you choose, with Glovo's own reasons, and reopen it from the terminal. The terminal then reads back what Glovo says, so it never shows you open when Glovo has you shut.
Your opening hours, sent to Glovo
The terminal shows Glovo's week beside your venue's own and flags the hours where Glovo would take orders while your kitchen is closed. One tap sends your week to Glovo.
Glovo shops, picked with a scanner
For a Glovo shop, stock and prices are kept from the terminal. Orders arrive as pick lists: scan or tap each item, and the order can only be marked ready once everything is packed.
Where Brindola connects to Glovo
Glovo orders come through our order bridge in each of these regions, and each region's page is written for it, in its own language.
No. Once your Glovo store is connected, its orders arrive on the terminal and the kitchen screen and are accepted and marked ready from there, and prices, sold-out items, opening hours and closing the store are handled from there too. The tablet can go back in its box.
Can I reject a Glovo order from the terminal?
No, because Glovo's integration has no reject: a Glovo order is turned down by phone with Glovo, as it is today. When Glovo then cancels the order, the terminal hears it and takes it off the kitchen screen too.
Is there a countdown on Glovo orders?
No, because Glovo sets no acceptance deadline for a POS to count down. The order waits in the inbox, which keeps reminding the room until someone accepts it, or the listing accepts it by itself when you switch auto-accept on.
I already have a menu on Glovo. Do I start again?
No. Brindola reads the menu you have on Glovo and matches it to your catalog, and you go on editing names, photos and new products in Glovo's own portal. Prices, sold-out items and stock are changed from the terminal. Publishing the whole menu from the terminal is coming.
Does it work for a Glovo shop, not only a restaurant?
Yes. A Glovo shop gets its stock and prices from the terminal, and its orders are picked item by item with a barcode scanner before they are marked ready.
How is the Glovo integration charged?
As part of delivery intake, a metered add-on on top of any plan, counted per order your terminal accepts or per active venue, as your region's pricing shows. A rejected order is never counted, and there is no share of your Glovo revenue.
