Wolt integration · Coming soon

Wolt orders on your terminal, coming soon.

  • WoltComing soon

Wolt is coming soon to Brindola and cannot be connected today: the integration is built in our order bridge, and it opens to venues once our agreement with Wolt is in place. When it does, Wolt orders will arrive on the terminal and the kitchen screen, be accepted with a prep time in one tap, and land in the day's close, with Wolt's own clock on screen.

What Brindola will do with Wolt

Feature by feature, for a restaurant on Wolt, and all of it coming soon: none of it can be switched on until the agreement with Wolt is in place. The same list stands beside every other platform on the delivery page, in the same words.

A Wolt order, start to finish, once it opens

No tablet on the counter and nothing typed twice. The order Wolt sends will be the order the kitchen cooks and the order the close counts.

  1. The order arrives

Wolt will tell our order bridge an order is waiting, and the bridge will fetch the whole order from Wolt and drop it into the inbox on the terminal and onto the kitchen screen, with Wolt's order number, the items, their options and the customer's note.

  2. Accept with a prep time

One tap will accept the order and tell Wolt when it will be ready for pickup; one tap will reject it with a reason. Until then Wolt's acceptance window will count down on the inbox and the kitchen screen, or the listing will accept by itself when auto-accept is on.

  3. Cook, mark ready, hand over

The kitchen will work the ticket like any other, and bumping it will tell Wolt the food is ready. On a takeaway, “Handed over” will tell Wolt the guest has collected, which Wolt requires for every takeaway order.

  4. It is in the close

The order will be booked to Wolt as its own channel and tender, so the day's report will show Wolt revenue beside the room and the takeaway, by brand, without a spreadsheet.

What will be particular to Wolt

Wolt's clock, counted for you

Wolt gives an order only minutes to be accepted before it rejects it, and a pre-order a longer window. The terminal will count the right one down from the moment the guest ordered and sound before it runs out, so an order is not lost because nobody looked up.

Pre-orders held until it is time

A Wolt pre-order will be accepted inside its own window and wait in a Scheduled lane on the kitchen screen until its prep time comes round, so it is neither cooked early nor forgotten.

Your own drivers, too

When you deliver a Wolt order yourself, it will be accepted as a self-delivery order, the card will show where it is going, door code and the guest's note included, and “Delivered” will tell Wolt the bag has arrived.

Cash at the counter, taken properly

A takeaway the guest pays for on collection will be marked so. Handing it over will open the order on the pay panel, so the money is taken in cash or by card and lands in the right tender.

Your listing, watched

The terminal will read whether your Wolt listing is online and open, and its weekly hours, and count it in the header beside every other platform. When Wolt reports the venue offline or a run of rejections, the terminal will say so.

One order, checked with Wolt

Any Wolt order, open or closed, will be checkable with Wolt again from the terminal, so a cancellation made on Wolt's side reaches your close even if the message about it went astray.

Where Brindola will connect to Wolt

Once the agreement with Wolt is in place, Wolt orders will come through our order bridge in each of these regions. Each region's page is written for it, in its own language, and says what you can connect there today.

Questions about Wolt and Brindola

Can I connect my Wolt listing today?

Not yet. The Wolt integration is built in our order bridge, but no venue is on it, and it opens once our agreement with Wolt is in place. We do not promise a date. Until then, keep taking Wolt orders on Wolt's own tablet; Brindola runs the rest of the venue beside it.

Will I still need the Wolt tablet?

No, once it opens. With your Wolt listing connected, its orders will arrive on the terminal and the kitchen screen and be accepted, rejected, marked ready and handed over from there.

What happens if a Wolt order is not accepted in time?

Wolt rejects it. The terminal will count Wolt's window down on the inbox and the kitchen screen and warn before it runs out. If your kitchen takes every order anyway, auto-accept for the listing will accept each Wolt order as it arrives, with your default prep time.

How much prep time can I give a Wolt order?

Wolt takes a pickup time with the accept, up to 25 minutes beyond its own estimate. You will choose the minutes on the terminal as you accept, or set a default for the listing.

Will it work when we deliver ourselves?

Yes. A Wolt order your own driver takes will be accepted as a self-delivery order, the card will show the address with the building, floor and door code, and marking it delivered will tell Wolt the drop-off is done.

Can I keep my Wolt menu as it is?

Yes. Your menu will stay where you manage it in Wolt today, and each order will arrive with the dishes as Wolt names them, so the kitchen cooks from the first day. Publishing the menu from the terminal comes later.

How will the Wolt integration be charged?

Nothing is charged for Wolt while it is coming soon. Once it opens, as part of delivery intake, a metered add-on on top of any plan, counted per order your terminal accepts or per active venue, as your region's pricing shows. A rejected order is never counted, and there is no share of your Wolt revenue.
