Small glasses of tea on saucers, a brass teapot and a plate of dates on a low wooden table beside a cushioned bench

POS for tea houses and shisha lounges

The tea house POS for long tables, longer tabs and a night that runs to three

Brindola is a POS for tea houses, karak cafés and shisha lounges, where a party holds a table for hours, orders in rounds, changes the shisha head twice and pays at the end. It runs on a terminal in your own building that books the whole night to one trading day and never depends on the internet.

What a tea house needs from its terminal

Tables held for hours, on a plan you drew

The majlis, the terrace and the counter on one plan; a party of ten across two tables kept as one bill; a table that moves outside takes its tab with it.

Rounds added to an open bill

Karak, then a shisha, then a second head, then dessert. Every round is added from any terminal and the bill grows; nothing is re-entered at the end.

The shisha station and the kitchen apart

Shisha items route to the shisha station's screen, tea and food to the kitchen. The pass sees the whole table so the tea arrives with the sweets.

A night that belongs to one day

Doors close at three; the trading day rolls over at the hour you set, so the whole evening is one day's revenue and the reports never split a night in half.

Ten people, four cards, one bill

Split by item or by amount, service charge on the receipt where it is customary, and a company invoice with a tax number for the corporate table.

Nothing on the floor depends on the line

Terminals, screens and printers on your own network. A mall outage or a provider change costs nothing on the floor; platform orders catch up after.

Tea houses and lounges in the UAE

An evening majlis opens at nine and closes at three. The tables turn every hour, the guest gets a bill in Arabic and the accountant a Z report in English, and all of it is one trading day.

An evening, through Brindola

A lounge with an indoor majlis, a terrace, a shisha station, a small kitchen and two terminals.

  1. The table opens at nine

Eight guests across two tables, one bill. Two karaks, three teas, two shishas. The shisha station sees its two; the kitchen sees the rest.

  2. Rounds through the night

A head change at ten, dessert at eleven, more tea at midnight. Each round is added from whichever terminal is nearer; the bill is one bill.

  3. The terrace fills

A table moves outside at eleven and its tab moves with it on the plan. Delivery orders for karak and sweets arrive through the bridge and go to the kitchen beside the terrace tickets.

  4. The line drops at one

Nothing at the tables notices. Cards continue on the terminals; the tabs, the screens and the drawer are on your own network.

  5. The bill at two

Four cards and cash, split by amount, a service charge where it is customary, the receipt in the guest's language. Booked to tonight's trading day.

  6. The close at three

Z report over the whole night, revenue by channel and by daypart, the shisha mix, the drawer counted. The detail stays on the main device in the lounge.

Which plan fits a tea house

Plus. A floor plan, a shisha station screen, a kitchen screen and two terminals are the shape of a lounge. A single-counter karak café runs on Essentials.

Questions tea houses ask

Can a table be held open for six hours?

Yes. A bill stays open as long as the table does, and the reports show the occupancy across the evening, so you know which hours the majlis was full.

Can the receipt be in Arabic and the terminal in English?

The interface language, the document language and the guest display's language are set separately, so the team reads one and the guest reads another.

Does it handle a service charge?

Yes. A service charge is a charge scoped to the channel or the table, shown on the bill as its own line where your market expects it.

Does it need a tablet per waiter?

No. Orders are taken at the terminal, at a terminal on the floor, or at the table on a phone with the Brindola app, which sends the order to the kitchen and calls the bill at the counter.

Other kinds of venue

POS for coffee shops and cafés

Coffee shops

Brindola is a POS for coffee shops and cafés that takes the morning rush at the counter: drinks with their sizes and milks, the pastry case, a name or a number for pickup. It runs on a terminal that keeps working when the internet does not.

POS for bakeries and pastry shops

Bakeries

Brindola is a POS for bakeries and pastry shops that sells across a counter (by the piece, by the box and by the order for Saturday), with a tray count that follows every sale and a terminal that opens at six whether the internet is up or not.

POS for restaurants

Restaurants

Brindola is a restaurant POS that runs a full table-service operation on the venue's own hardware and network: every terminal, the floor plan, the kitchen screens, the payments and the close. A dead line changes nothing on the floor.
