Georgia setup

Use this guide for a venue operating in Georgia. Complete the shared first-run setup, then review the local decisions below.
| Foundation | Review in Settings → Identity |
|---|---|
| Country | Georgia |
| Local currency | GEL; confirm the venue’s actual selling currency |
| Time zone | Asia/Tbilisi |
| Working language | Georgian or English; language does not choose tax rules |
Receipts, fiscalisation and company documents
Section titled “Receipts, fiscalisation and company documents”Set the trading and legal identity and the venue’s tax registration details before printing. Read fiscal receipts for how the venue issues its fiscal receipt beside Brindola. A bank card approval, a printed receipt and a tax invoice are separate results.
For a company customer, attach its confirmed identifier and legal identity. RS.ge invoices and waybills are in every plan, switched on under Settings → Modules. An invoice describes a completed sale; a waybill describes goods being moved, so its workflow also asks about transport and destination.
The Revenue Service provides separate guidance for cash registers, waybills and tax invoices. Use the section matching the document you need. Revenue Service accounting documents.
Payments and delivery
Section titled “Payments and delivery”Name each payment option so staff can match it with the actual terminal or cash drawer. Brindola works alongside TBC and Bank of Georgia terminals: a saved terminal name does not send a payment to the bank; the amount is keyed into the terminal and its receipt number is recorded on the tender.
The country offering lists Bolt Food and Glovo through the order intake add-on, with Wolt coming soon. Connect the correct restaurant or store venue and test acceptance, kitchen routing and stock publication for that account.
Rehearse before opening
Section titled “Rehearse before opening”Print Georgian names on the actual receipt printer, check a cash sale and a card sale, and reconcile the register with the chosen fiscal process. For RS.ge, verify the returned document status in the authority’s service rather than treating a queued row as issued.
Official guidance review
Section titled “Official guidance review”Sources linked above were reviewed on 2026-09-13. These are setup instructions, not a substitute for confirming the treatment of your business’s specific supplies. Recheck the authority’s guidance when tax or document requirements change.
Continue with the opening checklist and register close.
