In short
- Brindola's price is the price, £45 or £89 a month per venue, with no payments contract attached.
- Keep your own card machine and the rate you negotiated; Brindola takes no card fee.
- Orders, kitchen screens, payments and the close all keep running with the broadband down.
- Tickets, guests and payments stay on a device in your venue, not on a vendor's servers.
- Epos Now is ahead on accounting links, Deliveroo today, guest ordering at the table and phone support.

Why venues choose Brindola over Epos Now
The service does not stop when the line does
One device in your venue runs every terminal, kitchen screen and printer over your own network. When the broadband goes at seven on a Friday, orders, payments, the close and the reports carry on for as long as the outage lasts.

Tips and service charge kept apart from your takings
A card tip is recorded on the payment, never inside the sale. An optional service charge is its own line, struck off when a guest asks, and reported apart from takings; tips are reported by member of staff and by day.

No payments contract to get the price
Epos Now's bundle price requires a twelve-month payments, care and support subscription. Brindola is a flat monthly or annual fee per venue, with no card-rate markup and no tie to any card provider.
Your tickets stay in your building
Tickets, guests, payments and margins live in one file on hardware you own. Only the day's totals leave, and only to a backoffice you connect.
Several brands from one kitchen
Separate brand tabs and catalogs, revenue by brand and channel, and one order that can carry two brands.
Runs on hardware you choose
A Windows or Linux computer you already own or buy anywhere, with Android phones and tablets joining it as terminals, order screens at the table or kitchen screens.

What Epos Now has that Brindola doesn't
- Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and OpenTable
- Sales flow to Sage, Xero or QuickBooks, and OpenTable is in its AppStore. Brindola has no direct accounting link; its own bookings handle tables in the venue.
- Card machines from the same vendor
- Epos Now card machines and the Pro+ handheld split the bill, take tips, take payments offline and pay out the next day, so nobody keys an amount twice.
- Deliveroo today
- Deliveroo orders, or your own delivery with Epos Now Delivery. Brindola's Deliveroo and Uber Eats are coming soon.
- Guests order and pay at the table
- Order and Pay lets guests order from their own phones at the table. Brindola's kiosk takes the order and the guest pays at the counter.
- A phone line in the UK
- A freephone number, a support centre and live chat from 9am to 6pm, from a company whose home market is the UK.
- Payroll, loyalty and an online shop
- Payroll is included in every package, and Loyalzoo, Mailchimp, Shopify and Epos Now Online are in the AppStore.
- One box from one vendor
- Terminals, printers, cash drawers and scanners come in a bundle with the software.
