A pizza baking beside the fire in a stone oven

POS for pizzerias

The pizzeria POS for half-and-half, the oven queue and three delivery apps at once

Brindola is a POS for pizzerias that builds a pizza as it is ordered (size, base, halves and extras with their prices), runs the oven on a kitchen screen in the order paid, and takes dine-in, collection and every delivery platform on one queue, on hardware in your own kitchen.

What a pizzeria needs from its terminal

A pizza built in the order it is made

Size, base, then toppings; a half-and-half is one pizza with two half modifiers, each carrying its own price delta, so the oven ticket reads the way the pizzaiolo works.

An oven screen that runs in sequence

The oven station sees pizzas in the order they were paid, grouped by order so a family's four go in together. Age timers say which one is late.

Every delivery app on one screen

Platform orders come in through our order bridge and are accepted with a prep time. They land on the same oven screen as phone and counter orders, with no wall of tablets.

A second brand from the same oven

A pasta brand or a dessert brand on the delivery apps cooks on the same line, sells on its own menu and is reported apart.

Box labels and bag slips

A slip per order when it is bumped, with the number, the items and the platform reference. Collection orders show their number on the board.

Friday night does not depend on the router

The terminals, the oven screen and the printers are on your own network. Orders already taken keep moving; platform orders catch up when the line returns.

A Friday night, through Brindola

A pizzeria with a small dining room, a counter for collection, one oven screen and three delivery platforms.

  1. Dine-in and counter at once

Table four orders two pizzas and a salad; the counter takes a collection order for a half margherita, half diavola. Both are on the oven screen with their numbers.

  2. The apps land

Five platform orders in ten minutes, each accepted with a prep time in one tap. They join the oven queue in sequence, tagged with the platform.

  3. The oven runs in order

The pizzaiolo sees the queue as it was paid, grouped by order. A timer turns red on the order that has waited longest. Bump when boxed.

  4. The slip and the board

The collection order's number shows on the board by the counter; the platform orders' slips print with the reference the courier reads.

  5. The line drops at eight

The nine orders in the oven queue keep moving. New platform orders wait at the bridge and land when the connection is back, timestamps intact.

  6. The close

Revenue by channel (dining room, counter, each platform), the pizza mix, the oven time in percentiles, and the drawer counted.

Which plan fits a pizzeria

Plus with the delivery add-on: a dining room plan, an oven screen, a collection board and the order bridge. A collection-only counter with a printer at the oven runs on Essentials.

Questions pizzerias ask

Can a half-and-half be priced as one pizza?

Yes. A half-and-half is one line with two halves as modifiers, and each half carries the price delta you set in the modifier group, so the total follows your rule.

Do I need a tablet per delivery app?

No. Orders from every connected platform arrive through the order bridge onto the same screen. A platform in your market is named on your country's page when it is live.

Does it handle our own drivers?

A delivery order taken at the terminal or by phone is reported as a delivery, with the address in its note. A driver app with routing is not part of the product.

Can the dining room and collection use the same menu?

Yes. One catalog, one oven, and revenue reported by channel, so the dining room and the counter are counted apart without being run apart.

POS for takeaways and quick-service counters

Takeaway counters

Brindola is a POS for takeaways, quick-service counters and fast-food shops that takes an order in seconds, sends it to the kitchen screen, shows its number on a board when it is ready and takes the walk-in, phone and platform queues on one screen. Nothing at the counter depends on the internet.

POS for restaurants

Restaurants

Brindola is a restaurant POS that runs a full table-service operation on the venue's own hardware and network: every terminal, the floor plan, the kitchen screens, the payments and the close. A dead line changes nothing on the floor.

POS for dark kitchens and virtual brands

Dark kitchens

Brindola is a POS for dark kitchens, cloud kitchens and virtual brands that runs several brands out of one kitchen, with separate menus and one kitchen screen. Orders for every brand from Bolt Food and Glovo land on that screen as ordinary tickets, brand by brand, with no platform tablets; Wolt is coming soon. It reports revenue by brand and by channel, and nothing depends on the internet except the orders arriving.
