Georgia: RS.ge invoices and waybills
This content is not available in your language yet.
A test invoice status and link to its originating order.
Enable the Revenue Service B2B module for a Georgian venue and configure its credentials on the main device. These document flows use GEL and require the appropriate staff permission.
Set up the Revenue Service account
Section titled “Set up the Revenue Service account”Brindola issues documents in your company’s name through a service user: a separate RS.ge login for software, created in your RS.ge cabinet. It is stored on the main device only and never shown again.
- Sign in at eservices.rs.ge with the company’s main login, not a personal one — a service user belongs to the taxpayer that creates it, and so does every document issued through it.
- Open User management (მომხმარებლის მართვა), choose New user (ახალი მომხმარებელი) and the type sub-user (ქვემომხმარებელი).
- Fill in the name, last name, username, email and a password. RS.ge requires both capital and small letters and a special character.
- Grant the Waybills and Tax invoices modules: issuing documents needs them. Some other permissions, such as submitting declarations, ask for a personal number; leave those off.
- Save. RS.ge records an access IP; it is a label and does not block a terminal on another network.
- In Brindola open Settings → Revenue Service, then the cog. Enter the username — Brindola adds the company number from Identity and shows the full name under the field — and the password, then Save and Test.
Test shows Accepted with your company’s tax number when the account works. If it reports that the invoice module is not granted, grant Tax invoices to the service user in the cabinet and test again. Documents issued through this account are legally binding in your company’s name; check the first ones with your accountant.
Tax invoice for a completed sale
Section titled “Tax invoice for a completed sale”- Open the receipt after payment or find the closed order in Orders.
- Choose Tax invoice and confirm the buyer’s tax identifier.
- Use the supported lookup or complete the buyer details, then review the returned identity.
- Check the document preview and totals against the order.
- Queue the invoice and follow its status until the authority returns the issued identity.
A queued document has been recorded locally; it has not yet been issued by RS.ge. Opening the existing document is the right response to an invoice already queued for the order.
- Review buyer and sale
- Queue on main device
- Save draft with RS.ge
- Activate and receive number
- Follow buyer response
Waybill for goods leaving
Section titled “Waybill for goods leaving”A waybill can start from an open or closed order, or as a standalone movement. Confirm the items and quantities, then enter the waybill type, destination and required transport details. Review the driver and vehicle information when relevant.
Queue and send the waybill through the supported workflow. Close it when the goods arrive; sending and closing are separate actions. If the underlying order changes after a waybill was issued, use the reissue or correction flow and preserve the earlier document’s reference.
Offline and errors
Section titled “Offline and errors”The main device keeps queued work. External submission and buyer lookup need the RS.ge connection. Read the row’s error if it cannot progress. Correct the actual identity or document problem before retrying; a credentials error and a refused buyer identifier need different fixes.
Cancel or correct
Section titled “Cancel or correct”Use the document’s offered action and check the authority’s resulting status. Editing an order or customer does not silently change an issued document. A buyer refusal is also different from a connection failure.
The authority describes the separate document types in its accounting document guidance, reviewed 2026-09-13. Confirm the applicable requirements for the movement or sale before issuing.
