Georgia: fiscal receipts
This content is not available in your language yet.
The chosen fiscal path and supported device configuration.
The venue issues its fiscal receipt on its own fiscal device or the bank’s cash-register terminal, and records the sale in Brindola beside it. Brindola works alongside TBC and Bank of Georgia terminals: the amount is keyed into the terminal and the receipt number is recorded on the tender. RS.ge tax invoices and waybills are issued from Brindola itself, in every plan.
Before setup
Section titled “Before setup”Have the venue’s legal identity and tax details ready. Identify the fiscal equipment, the bank terminal and which register each serves. Confirm the required fiscal arrangement with the person responsible for the venue’s compliance.
The Revenue Service publishes separate cash-register and tax-document guidance. Use its current requirements when deciding the arrangement. Revenue Service accounting documents, reviewed 2026-09-13.
Configure and test
Section titled “Configure and test”- Set the venue’s country to Georgia in Settings → Identity and name each payment option after the terminal or drawer it stands for.
- Walk a cash sale and a card sale using the agreed test process: key the card amount into the terminal, record its receipt number on the tender, issue the fiscal receipt on the device the venue uses today.
- Compare the payment recorded in Brindola, the terminal approval and the fiscal receipt.
A generic network receipt printer does not stand in for a fiscal device.
In service
Section titled “In service”Keep the fiscal receipt and the Brindola order together: the receipt number on the tender is what ties them. If a terminal response is uncertain, check the original transaction before issuing another sale or receipt.
Closing
Section titled “Closing”Close and count the register in Brindola, then run the fiscal device’s own daily report as today. With several terminals, understand which fiscal device serves each flow. A report from one terminal should not be assumed to cover another’s transactions.
Company documents
Section titled “Company documents”A fiscal receipt and an RS.ge tax invoice answer different needs. Use RS.ge documents when a company requests a tax invoice or goods need a waybill. Keep the original order and document links together.
