Venue identity and invoice details
Section titled “Venue identity and invoice details”Enter the business’s legal name, address and tax registration details as they should appear on its documents. Review the receipt’s language and tax presentation with the person responsible for the venue’s accounting.

Arabic and English at the counter
Section titled “Arabic and English at the counter”The operator can use Arabic or English while the venue keeps its UAE country setting. Test mixed Arabic and Latin item names, tax identifiers and currency on paper as well as on screen. Check that amounts and identifiers remain in their intended reading order.
A customer-facing display should follow the correct counter and remain readable from the guest’s position. Confirm the receipt printer can render the scripts you use before service.
Payments and external services
Section titled “Payments and external services”Configure the venue’s actual payment options and confirm the terminal’s integration method. Staff using a standalone bank terminal must verify approval before recording the card payment.
There is currently no UAE delivery-platform list in Brindola’s regional offering. Confirm any proposed provider integration separately. Enabling order intake does not connect an arbitrary local delivery service.
Before opening
Section titled “Before opening”Test a normal sale, a company document, a refund and the counted cash close. Confirm the applicable registration and document requirements against current FTA guidance. Venue receipts in AED are separate from the currency in which a software subscription is charged.
