Two worn leather salon chairs facing round brass mirrors, a stylist cutting a client's hair at the far one

POS for hair salons, barbers and nail studios

The salon POS with the appointment book and the terminal on the same screen

Brindola is a POS for hair salons, barbers and nail studios that books a chair and a stylist in one entry, turns the booking into the bill when the client sits down, sells the retail shelf from the same terminal, and keeps the whole day on your own machine whether the internet is up or not.

What a salon needs from its terminal

A book that knows chairs and people

A booking claims a chair and a stylist, or just the technician. The timeline shows every stylist's lane across the day, and a clash is shown the moment it happens. You may keep it, because a quick fringe trim inside a colour's processing time is how salons work.

From booking to bill in one tap

Seat the client and the order opens with the booking's own answers: the service, the stylist, the client. Add a treatment mid-appointment and it is on the bill; nothing is re-typed at the terminal.

Clients you recognise

A phone number finds the client as you type. Their record carries their history and their attendance (how many bookings, cancellations and no-shows), so the receptionist sees it before the next booking.

The retail shelf, counted

Shampoo, wax and colour sold across the counter deplete their counts; a delivery is received in one batch; a stocktake sets the shelf right. A zero count warns and never blocks a sale.

Tips per stylist, deposits recorded

A tip goes to the stylist who earned it, in the report. A deposit taken for a long appointment is recorded on the booking and reconciled at the end.

The book does not go down with the Wi-Fi

The appointment book, the terminal and the client records are on your own machine. A line drop costs nothing at reception.

Salons in Georgia

A Tbilisi salon books a chair and a stylist by phone, seats the client into a bill, and prints a receipt for every cut, with the retail shelf on the same terminal.

A Saturday, through Brindola

A salon with four chairs, three stylists and a nail technician, one terminal at reception and a retail shelf.

  1. The phone rings at nine

A cut and colour for two o'clock. The receptionist types the number, the client's record comes up, the entry claims chair two and Nino from two to four. The timeline shows the lane filled.

  2. A fringe trim in the gap

A walk-in wants ten minutes at three. Nino's lane shows the colour processing; the entry warns of the overlap and the receptionist keeps it, because that is exactly when Nino is free.

  3. The client sits down

Seat opens the bill from the booking with the service and the stylist already on it. A treatment added in the chair is one more line.

  4. The shelf sells

Two bottles from the retail shelf go on the same bill. Their counts drop; the delivery due Monday is received in one batch when it lands.

  5. The bill and the tip

Card tapped, tip entered for Nino, the receipt printed or sent. The booking completes when the order closes. A no-show at five is marked as one, on the client's record.

  6. The close

Revenue by stylist, tips by stylist, the retail shelf's movements, and tomorrow's book already full. Everything on the machine at reception, in a file you can back up.

Which plan fits a salon

Plus. The appointment book, staff roles and full reporting are Plus features. A one-chair barber with no book to keep runs the terminal on Essentials.

Questions salons ask

Can clients book online?

Bookings are entered by your staff today, from the phone, the door or a message. The seam for an online booking channel is designed and not yet connected; we will name a channel here the day one is.

Does it take a deposit?

A deposit is recorded on the booking and settled against the bill. Taking the deposit's money by card link in advance is not part of the product today.

Does it know when a stylist is off?

Every active stylist has a lane all day; a rota that greys a lane on their day off is not built yet. Clashes are shown, never blocked.

Does it send reminders?

Not yet. Reminders by message the day before are designed on the customer module's path and will be said here when they ship.

Other kinds of venue

POS for shops, hardware stores and wine merchants

Shops and stores

Brindola is a POS for shops: the hardware store, the wine merchant, the farm shop, the corner store. It rings up by barcode or by tile, keeps the stock count as a fact that follows every sale, delivery and stocktake, and keeps trading on your own machine when the internet does not.

POS for coffee shops and cafés

Coffee shops

Brindola is a POS for coffee shops and cafés that takes the morning rush at the counter: drinks with their sizes and milks, the pastry case, a name or a number for pickup. It runs on a terminal that keeps working when the internet does not.

POS for restaurants

Restaurants

Brindola is a restaurant POS that runs a full table-service operation on the venue's own hardware and network: every terminal, the floor plan, the kitchen screens, the payments and the close. A dead line changes nothing on the floor.
