Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your own account page, and your terminal keeps trading until the licence you already paid for expires.

1. The trial comes first
Fourteen days on the full Plus plan, with no card and no account, exists so that nobody has to buy in order to find out. We would rather you used it than asked us for a refund afterwards.
2. Cancelling
Cancel from your account page at any moment. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not switch anything off today, and it never touches the data on your machine.
3. Refund window
A first subscription payment is refundable in full within fourteen days of the charge if the software does not work for you. Ask by email; there is no form and no retention conversation.
4. Annual plans
An annual plan cancelled mid-term runs to the end of its paid period. Where local consumer law grants a broader right of withdrawal, that law applies and we follow it.
5. What is not refunded
Usage already incurred on the delivery intake add-on, and bespoke integration or onboarding work that has already been delivered under an Enterprise agreement.
6. How to ask
One email to the address on this site, naming the venue. We answer within two business days and refunds are returned to the original payment method.
