Essentials uses one main device. Plus and Enterprise device and staff allowances follow your licence. Email needs your sending account; AI needs a compatible assistant. Regional integrations depend on your market.

Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get fourteen days on the full Plus plan, with no card and no account. Install it, run your own menu on it, and decide. Buying down to Essentials afterwards is a perfectly normal outcome.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. You pay per venue, monthly or annually, and every lari, euro or dollar you take is yours. There is no revenue share and no fee on a sale in any plan. The only thing counted is delivery orders through our bridge, and only if you switch it on.
What happens if I cancel?
Your terminal keeps trading on the licence you already paid for until it expires, and your data is yours: it is a file on your own machine, and nothing about cancelling touches it.
Is one subscription enough for several venues?
One subscription covers one venue. A group runs one per site under a single account, which is also how reporting and support stay sane.
Can I pay annually and hand-carry the licence?
Yes. An annual purchase is one licence file valid for twelve months, and it can be downloaded from your account and installed by hand on a terminal that never touches the internet at all.
