Brindola vs Syrve
Syrve or Brindola for your restaurant
Syrve is a cloud restaurant platform sold per terminal, with a POS, kitchen display, recipes and stock, loyalty, delivery and chain tools in one subscription, from offices in Dubai and Warwick. Brindola is priced per venue, keeps your data in your building and runs the whole service with the internet down.
In short
- Brindola is one price per venue, with no per-terminal fee and no percentage of sales; Syrve charges per terminal, or 1.75% of each transaction.
- The whole service runs on your own network with the internet down; Syrve's pages do not say what happens offline.
- Your tickets, guests and payments stay on a device in your venue; Syrve keeps them in its cloud.
- Syrve is ahead for chains that run on food cost, with recipes, forecast purchasing, central production, loyalty and its own drivers.

Why venues choose Brindola over Syrve
The whole service runs without the internet
Orders, kitchen screens, payments, the day's close and every report run on a device in your venue, over your own network. A dead line on a Saturday night changes nothing on the floor, for as long as it lasts.

Several brands, counted on every line
Syrve routes a brand's orders to a workstation. Brindola stamps the brand on each line, gives it its own tab and catalog, lets one order carry two brands, and reports revenue by brand and channel.

One price for the venue, never a percentage
On Plus, up to eight devices are part of the price: terminals, kitchen screens, guest displays, waiter phones, a kiosk. A third terminal adds nothing, and no plan takes a share of your sales.
Your data stays in your building
Tickets, guests, tenders and margins live in one file on hardware you own. Only the day's totals leave, and only to a backoffice you connect.
Waiter phones, a kiosk and guest screens included
Android phones and tablets join as an order screen at the table, a kitchen screen, a customer display, a pickup board or a self-service kiosk, with no extra licence.
Your brand and your backoffice
Enterprise runs Brindola under a group's own name and sends each venue's close to the backoffice the group already runs.

…you run a chain or franchise that prices from recipes, buys from a forecast, cooks in a central kitchen, and wants loyalty and its own drivers in the same system.
